Parque Properties

• Arrival and departure days are Thursdays and Saturdays.
• Other days may be available on request.
• Duration's of 9 &12 days and long term rentals available on request.

Bookings and Conditions

Payments
A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost is payable with the initial booking. For bookings made 9 months or more in advance a 20% deposit will be accepted. The final balance must be paid at least 8 weeks prior to arrival, bookings made within 8 weeks of the arrival date must be paid in full. Cheques should be made payable to Concierge Vila Castelo.

In the event of the client cancelling the booking, all payments made at the time of cancellation are non-refundable.

Confirmation
Once we have received your reservation, confirmation will be sent in writing or by email.

Alterations
If you make any changes to your booking you must inform Vila Castelo in writing. Every effort will be made to accommodate the changes, however no guarantees can be given.

Price of holiday includes
July & August - Private Taxi from Airport, all utility usage (including air conditioning) and a welcome pack on arrival plus maid service twice a week, including fresh towels and bed linen. Pool and beach towels are not provided. Other Months – House preparation and departure clean, all utilities (including air conditioning). Other services are available during this months for a nominal charge. Please ask for details at time of booking.

Maid service
As stated in the brochure, maid service is provided twice weekly, this includes fresh towels and bed linen.

Occupancy
The total number of occupants must not exceed the number stated on the booking form unless written agreement from Concierge Vila Castelo.

Credit Cards
All credit card transactions will have a 3% charge to cover levy charged by credit cards company.

Arrivals and Departures
Keys should be collected and returned to reception unless other arrangements have been made. Change over days are Thursday and Saturday. Access to your accommodation is after 3pm on the day of arrival. Clients must vacate before 10am on the day of departure.

Insurance
It is a condition of the booking that the clients take out independent travel insurance. The property is insured against fire and other usual insurable risks but this will not include your personal belongings.

Right Reserved
The management at Vila Castelo reserve the right to terminate any booking if the clients are considered to be a risk to the property and its contents or a threat or nuisance to other guests or residents. Each house is governed by 'community rules', a copy is available from the reception. This includes restrictions on hanging linen or towels over balconies.

Damages & Breakages
Upon arrival clients will be required to provide a 'breakage deposit'. This will be in the form of a signed credit card voucher. Any damage caused by the clients, or any third party invited by them to the accommodation, shall be the joint and several liability of the clients. This shall include the cost of replacement and / or reinstatement.

Complaints
Any complaints must be lodged in writing and filed at the reception, we shall endeavour to correct the problem as quickly as possible.
