Villas
These select properties occupy the front line positions at Vila Castelo overlooking the beach and castle. The villas are three and four bedroom properties all with private, heated pools.
Each villa is south facing and is built on three levels. The upper levels enjoy spacious open plan dining and living areas leading onto large balcony terraces. The kitchens are fully equipped and include washing machines and dishwashers. The bedrooms are on the middle and lower floors and each benefits from its own luxury appointed bathroom.
Air conditioning and heating is fitted throughout the properties and each is finished to the highest of standards. The villas also benefit from cable television.
In addition to your own pool, the main pool is available to guests where you can enjoy a cooling drink or a light lunch at the poolside bar.
Penthouses
Designed similar to the townhouses but on three levels with an additional lounge on the upper level leading to a large sun terrace. Here you can relax in private on your sun bed or dine outside whilst enjoying the panoramic views.
Fixtures and fittings are all to the highest standard including under floor heating in the bathrooms.
Air-conditioning provides an escape for the summer whilst the heating offers winter comfort. Cable TV is fitted to all Penthouses.
Townhouses
The south facing townhouses are two and three bedroom properties built on two levels. On the upper level the open plan dining and living areas open out onto a beautiful balcony where you can watch the world sail by.
The bedrooms are on the lower floor of which most are all en-suite with the master bedroom opening on to its own private sun terrace.
Air-conditioning is fitted in all of the rooms. The main pool is only a few steps away.
